How PrimePDF Editor handles your data

This Privacy Policy applies to the PrimePDF Editor Android application (“PrimePDF Editor,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

PrimePDF Editor lets you view, merge, split, compress, protect, unlock, reorder, rotate, delete pages from PDF files, and convert images to PDF. The App is built to process these files locally on your device.

By installing or using PrimePDF Editor, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Your PDF files, image files, passwords entered for PDF protection or unlocking, and generated documents are processed on your device. PrimePDF Editor does not upload your files to our servers for editing, conversion, compression, protection, or unlocking.

Files are opened only when you choose them through the App or Android’s file/photo picker. Output files are saved locally on your device based on your selected save location.

PrimePDF Editor does not require an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, PDF contents, images, or document passwords.

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Through AdMob, Google may collect or process certain data to provide, personalize, measure, and improve advertising. This may include:

• Device information — such as device type, operating system, app information, and diagnostic information.
• Advertising identifiers — such as your Android Advertising ID, where available.
• Network information — such as IP address and general connection information.
• Ad interaction data — such as whether an ad was loaded, shown, clicked, or dismissed.

We do not use our own analytics service to track which PDF tools you open, and we do not collect your document contents.

PrimePDF Editor is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. The App may show banner ads and interstitial ads, including ads shown after completing certain PDF actions.

• Ads require an internet connection to load and display.
• PDF editing tools continue to work offline even when ads cannot load.
• Google may use collected data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your settings and region.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your PDF files, images, document contents, or document passwords with anyone.

Limited data may be processed by the following third party:

• Google AdMob — used to serve, measure, and improve ads in the App.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.

Your PDF files and generated documents are stored locally on your device. You control how long they are kept and may delete them at any time using your device’s file manager or other storage tools.

PrimePDF Editor does not maintain a server-side copy of your files. Advertising-related data processed by Google AdMob is retained according to Google’s own policies.

We use reasonable measures to keep the App secure, but no app, device, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

PrimePDF Editor is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights such as accessing, deleting, correcting, or limiting the processing of personal data.

• You can delete files created or edited by the App from your device at any time.
• You can uninstall the App to stop future app-related data processing.
