How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Mcqsolver account and associated data, please send an account deletion request to the email below:

Please include:

• Your registered Google email address
• Your account name (if applicable)
• Subject line: Account Deletion Request

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User account information
• Learning progress and activity
• Saved/bookmarked questions
• Quiz and model test history
• App-related user preferences

Data Retention Policy

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.

Some limited technical logs or records may be retained temporarily for:

• Security purposes
• Fraud prevention
• Legal compliance

These retained records are automatically removed within 30 days.
